Al-Wasiyyahمَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ
Prepare a complete Islamic Wasiyyah — executors, witnesses, debts, burial wishes and bequests — guided by the principles of the Shari'ah.
"It is not right for a Muslim who has something to bequeath to spend two nights without having his will written down." — Sahih al-Bukhari

Our foundation · Shared as sadaqah
An Obligation Abandoned By the Ummah — by Nafi'u Baba-Ahmad, mni. The primary educational reference behind Al-Wasiyyah.
Thoughtfully designed so your family is cared for, and your obligations are honoured.
From the declaration of faith to the closing du'a — a calm, step-by-step builder in English and Arabic.
Automatic one-third bequest check and warnings when an heir is named as a bequest beneficiary.
Next of kin, executors, two to four witnesses and your estate lawyer — all in one place.
Ask about rulings, refine clauses and catch missing sections before you sign.
Every edit is versioned. Nothing is lost, everything is accounted for.
Record debts, Zakat and Kaffarah — settled before any bequest, as the Qur'an commands.

In loving memory
June 11, 1956 – October 6, 2026
Al-Wasiyyah is dedicated to his memory. May this platform and the freely shared Islamic Will book be a source of ongoing benefit and sadaqah jariyah.
May Allah accept all his good deeds, overlook his shortcomings, grant him eternal peace, and reunite us with him in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
A considered plan, one step at a time
Add your personal details, family, assets and debts so your wishes begin with a clear picture of your estate.
Work through your declaration of faith, advice to family, burial wishes, bequests and executor instructions, with book references along the way.
Check missing information and bequest warnings, arrange signatures with your witnesses and lawyer, then print or save your bilingual Wasiyyah as a PDF.
Name your next of kin so the right people can be contacted when your estate needs attention. Your primary or secondary next of kin can submit a death report for review; naming someone does not change their Islamic inheritance entitlement.
Executors have a different responsibility: they accept their appointment and carry out the instructions in your Wasiyyah.
Attach an estate lawyer to review your plan, communicate with you and sign your Will. They sign in using the email recorded in their appointment to see the Wills assigned to them.
Your lawyer also reviews death-verification requests. Legal advice and qualified scholarly guidance remain important alongside the platform's checks.
Your Wasiyyah is not public. You manage your plan while your appointed lawyer can review it. Family estate access is held back until a death report is verified and approved.
Uploading a death certificate alone does not release your estate. Both your lawyer and an administrator must approve the report. After activation, your records are locked against further changes and authorized family members and executors receive read-only estate access.
A death certificate and supporting evidence are provided for review.
The report is reviewed before estate activation can take place.
Records are locked and access is limited to the appointed people.

AI can make mistakes. It assists your planning; it does not issue a fatwa or replace your lawyer or a qualified scholar.
